This Privacy Notice explains how LowerHoldings, LLC (operating as LowProp) collects and uses information submitted through lowprop.com. We aim to collect only what is necessary to respond to inquiries and operate our rental business.

Information we collect
Information you submit. When you use a form on this site (e.g., the Sell to LowProp or Contact forms), we collect the fields you provide — typically name, phone, email, property address (for sale inquiries), and any message text. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to evaluate a property opportunity.
Site analytics. We use a privacy-respecting analytics service (Plausible Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or cross-site identifiers. See Plausible's data policy .
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) maintains standard server logs that may include IP addresses and request metadata. These logs are used for security and operational purposes.
How we use information

- To comply with applicable law and protect against fraud or abuse
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share submitted information only with the service providers we use to operate the site and respond to inquiries — currently Web3Forms (form submission delivery to our info@lowprop.com inbox). Web3Forms processes submissions on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy (web3forms.com/privacy).
We may disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of LowerHoldings, LLC, our tenants, or the public.
Retention
We retain form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to address your inquiry and to satisfy operational, accounting, and legal obligations. Inquiry data that does not result in a transaction is generally archived and not actively used after the inquiry is resolved.
Your choices
You may request that we delete information you have submitted by emailing info@lowprop.com. We will honor reasonable requests subject to legal record-keeping obligations. You can unsubscribe from any non-transactional follow-up at any time by replying to our message.
Tenant data
Tenant applications, lease documents, and rent payment data are processed through our third-party tenancy platform (Baselane), not through this site. Their handling of that information is governed by Baselane's own privacy terms.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
